My new favorite Italian restaurant in Parque Lleras (and perhaps all of Medellin for that matter) is Toscano. Off the beaten path a little but still walkable from anywhere in PL. This small, quaint Italian restaurant serves the best Italian around town. Know why? The owner is Italian and uses real red sauces in his preparations. The menu has many dishes found in the Tuscany region of Italy and prices are very reasonable. They also have one of the best Pizzas in town.
Walk up Call 10 to Cra 35 and take a right. Walk to the first street and take a left/ Toscano can be found in the middle of the block. 30% discount off the entire menu between 12:00Noon and 2:30PM.
